We’re thrilled to share that Ascot Residential Homes has been recognised as a Top Ten Small Care Provider in the UK by Lottie, as part of their inaugural 2025 Lottie Awards!
Lottie is a growing directory of care homes helping families across the UK find high-quality, trusted care. To be acknowledged in their very first awards is a fantastic honour.
Lottie’s award decisions are based on a fair and data-led evaluation, using over 10 key performance indicators across the care sector. These include everything from regulator ratings and enquiry response times to staff reviews and digital innovation. All of this is grouped into four core categories: Quality of Care, Digital Presence, Operational Efficiency, and Workplace Culture. It’s a thoughtful and well-rounded approach and we’re proud to be a top ten small care provider in the UK!
As always, this award belongs to the whole team and we’d like to say a massive thank you to every single member of staff. This recognition is a direct reflection of all of the hard work and the genuine care provided each and every day in our care homes.
