02 Apr COVID-19 Update
Given the current circumstances and in line with government guidance, and to ensure we support and protect our residents and staff during this period of uncertainty, we have sadly taken the step to close our care homes to all non-essential visitors.
We encourage families and friends to maintain contact through letters, cards, telephone and the technologies available in the homes, and we will continue to upload videos and photographs to our Facebook page. Residents are being encouraged to use the available resources to keep in touch with the own family.
Our GP will continue to provide support to our care team through regular rounds, but where possible these will be conducted at a distance.
Our social programme has been reviewed to focus more on in house and around the grounds activities, whilst maintaining social distancing wherever possible.
Our staff have received updates in enhanced infection control techniques, and wherever possible are practicing social distancing around the homes. We have been inspired by the offers of assistance from families and members of the public should we need them.
We fully understand that this is a very worrying and uncertain time for all, however we are working very hard to ensure our residents and staff remain as safe as possible. We are also ensuring we keep up-to-date and follow all the latest advice and guidance from the Government and Public Health England.
If you have any queries or questions, please contact us at info@arhltd.com.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and keep well.
Best regards
David Tanner and Fidelma Tinneny
