21 May Top 10 Investors in People Gold
We are delighted to have been awarded Investors in People Gold Status, and to have been nominated in the top 10 companies in the UK for support and development of our staff team. Both St David’s Nursing Home and St Christopher’s Care Home were assessed earlier in the year, with the assessor gathering feedback from staff from every department, and concluding “this is an organisation where people are passionate about delivering the best possible care and support to their clients”. The assessor also provided an action plan to continue the positive developments and culture, and look forward to being assessed as Platinum in 2021!
